The initial project was to carry out a complete review of Council from its role and function through to its size and processes.

The second review was of the Advisory and Scrutiny Boards, established for Tennis Operations and Professional Tennis during the major reorganisation of the lTA in 2005.

Both projects were carried out with a Project Group made up of Board and Council members assuring strong ownership of the eventual outcome.

“Alistair provided an excellent service when reviewing the corporate governance structures at the LTA. His experience across sporting bodies is first class and he also brings a business rigour to the task in hand. I would recommend Alistair to any organisation that is going through a period of change/transformation and needs a helping hand to get there.”
